ReplyDeleteI was surprised to see star fruit being very famous in US. Almost all groceries carry it. I think, in SL this is something we rarely wanna eat, at least me :)

Stars fruits are not popular in Sri Lanka because many think it has a bitter taste.
In reality there are two types of Star fruits, one which has medicinal values & the one we can eat without any problem. You need to use the latter for the drink :-) . Buzz me when your in SL. I will make sure you get the right kind...
